Images you have commissioned are licensed for exclusive of the Client and may not be leased, sold or loaned without express permission from Erameri Ltd. The entire Copyright in the Photographs is retained by the Erameri Ltd at all times throughout the world, however we offer as standard an extended license for product photographs/packshots and flexible terms for other types of photography – see below.

Global Extended Licence for Product Photography/Packshots:
The License does not restrict how many copies you can print or use or in what type of media and has no end date. Recognising the market needs, we are one of a very few studios who include as standard a Global Extended License of Use. The Licence also allows the Client to supply our digital images to their product distributors, stockists and retailers, but not for any resale value. Should the Client wish to share the images with a Third Party who is none of the above, the Client needs to apply to Erameri Ltd in writing. Should the Client wish to use the images for PR in publications or in cases where the Client is a publication, we allow it as part of the license provided trading name “Studio Erameri” is credited within reasonable proximity and Erameri Ltd is notified. Sublicensing is possible without further fees only if Erameri Ltd is notified and no fee is charged for the sublicense.

Use & Payment: The Licence to Use comes into effect from the date of payment of the relevant invoice(s). No use may be made of the Photographs before payment in full of the relevant invoice(s) without the Photographer’s express permission. Permission, which may be given for use prior to payment, will automatically be revoked if full payment is not made by the due date or if the Agency is put into receivership or liquidation. The Licence only applies to the advertiser and product and its benefit shall not be assigned to any third party without the Photographer’s permission. Permission to use the Photographs for purposes outside the terms of the Licence will normally be granted upon payment of a further fee, which must be mutually agreed (and paid in full) before such further use. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all further Licences in respect of the Photographs will be subject to these terms and conditions.
Storage: Erameri Ltd does not have liability for storage of digital captures beyond the successful delivery (confirmed by client) of the digital high resolution images.
Erameri Ltd will not lease, sell or loan any images a client has commissioned without the client’s written approval. Erameri Ltd may use images commissioned by a client as work samples in it’s own marketing with appropriate credits if the images have been published by the client on their website or in public media.
